Managing Members

Unseenr supports team collaboration at both the organization and project level.

Organization Members

Organization members have access to all projects within the organization. Member limits depend on your plan:

Inviting Members

1. Go to Organization Settings > Members
2. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite
3. Select a role (Admin or Member)
4. Click Invite

The invited person receives an email with a unique invite token. Invites expire after a set period.

Open Membership

Organizations can enable Open Membership, which allows anyone with the invite link to join without an explicit email invite. This setting can be toggled in Organization Settings.

Project Members

Projects can also have their own member list for more granular access control. Organization members automatically inherit access to all projects, but project-level members can be added independently.

Inviting Project Members

1. Navigate to your project
2. Go to Team in the sidebar
3. Click Invite Member
4. Enter the email and select a role

Removing Members

Organization owners and admins can remove members from the Members page. Removing a member from the organization also removes their access to all projects within that organization.
