How does billing work?
Self-serve plans are billed monthly or yearly, and yearly is discounted. Enterprise runs on monthly or yearly commits arranged through sales.
What is white-label?
White-label removes Unseenr branding from customer-visible surfaces such as status pages and outbound email, so your users only ever see your brand.
Are overages charged automatically?
On Pro, Business, Scale, and Platform, yes: exceeding your included quota is billed as overage by default. Owners can switch that off under Billing.
All prices shown include statutory VAT. Ordering a paid plan requires confirming an order summary with total price, billing cycle, and cancellation terms before the payment obligation starts.
